Today is supposed to be a spring day. I complained to my husband that the temperature cannot move above 40 degrees, while the clouds are blocking out the sun. He laughed anyway. Searching to lighten my mood to his level, I found this quote from Feodor Doestevsky:
“If you wish to glimpse inside a human soul and get to know a man, don’t analyze his way of being silent, of talking, of weeping, of seeing how much he is moved by noble ideas; you will get better results if you just watch him laugh. If he laughs well, he is a good man.”
Now I can laugh with him.
